If you also have a printer available for your Guest, you might want to activate the Pay-per-Print as well. This will make that Guests print only the necessary documents and not whole books.

Manage usage if you provide the Kiosk for Free

Sometimes providing Internet Access and a Public Access Computer needs to be provided for free. The answer to still be able to manage usage here is Prepaid Cards. Hand your Guests an access card with a limited time-increment when they check in. When they used the time, they need to go to the counter to obtain another free card. This structure also makes the customer aware of the time he uses the PC and he will not spend hours behind it. Besides, your counter staff now has control over the usage and can intervene when necessary.
