Christopher E. Bossi, Founder

Mr. Bossi has more than 24 years of experience in sales, business management, engineering, and finance. Most recently, Mr. Bossi was Vice President - Application Solutions Division for Link Computer Corporation, Central Pennsylvania's largest computer reseller, systems integrator, and network service organization. Under Mr. Bossi's supervision, Link established a practice for auditing HIPAA compliance in the area of Information Systems Security for hospitals, home nursing organization and Doctor offices. Prior to joining Link, Mr. Bossi was the Vice President - Operations (COO), Finance (CFO), and International Sales for Items International, Inc. / Airwalk (one of the leading suppliers of footwear for the youth market). Mr. Bossi was part of a unique team that propelled Airwalk footwear from $15 million in annual sales to over $200 million in annual sales in only three years. In 1999 Mr. Bossi negotiated the sale of Items International, Inc. to Sunrise Capital Partners, a New York-based investment company. As a leading importer of branded footwear, Airwalk serviced more than 5,000 retail operations in the North America and more than 2,500 internationally. Mr. Bossi currently sits on the advisory board of several early state companies including Advance Interface Technologies, Inc. - a developer of visual software for kiosk and retail point of sale systems. Mr. Bossi is an engineering graduate from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Ronald Koning, Founder

Ronald Koning is a business development professional with 15 years of international business experience. In his former position as Chairman and Director of Business Ventures at Databizz Corporation, Mr. Koning was Director of Development/Programming and maintenance of design interfaces, and marketing, sales of web-based applications and providing guidance to worldwide business partners, customers and staff. He has a broad knowledge of the logistics Systems/Databases (EDP systems) industry and a history of building partnerships to drive successful execution and implementation of technology solutions. In addition to his focus on business operations, Mr. Koning has successfully led initiatives resulting in successful integration of advanced technologies for start up technology operations.
